Green Gaia Consulting was founded by Helga Douglas out of a desire to help others learn how to live and work in a more environmentally friendly and sustainable manner to increase their health and help save the planet.

Helga is a Certified Green Consultant trained by the Green Business League and she obtained her Bachelor degree in Commerce, majoring in Finance and Marketing, from the University of New South Wales in Sydney Australia where she is originally from.

Helga also has an education in health and wellness which she wanted to share with others through Green Gaia. She is a long time yoga practitioner, a raw chef through the Alissa Cohen Living on Live Foods program and has also completed various courses in applied kinesiology.
